Why Choose OC Renovation Group

Directly Working with Owner

When you work with OC Renovation Group, you work directly with owner Farid, not a salesperson or general contractor. Throughout his career, Farid has consistently performed hands-on labor and remained physically present at every job site. Rather than delegating work, he chooses to work alongside his team to ensure every detail meets the standards that define his reputation. With a degree in Applied Science and Construction Technology combined with personal involvement in every project, you get expert execution and direct accountability from start to finish.

Fully Licensed & Insured

Your protection is our priority. OC Renovation Group maintains comprehensive coverage including $1,000,000 General Liability Insurance and $1,000,000 Workers' Compensation Insurance. We hold an active C-5 Framing & Rough Carpentry License #1071754. We're a legitimate, established business that operates legally, giving you complete peace of mind that your project is protected and compliant with all California contractor requirements. All insurance certificates and documentation are available upon request.

Versatile Solutions

With over 26 years of specialized framing and rough carpentry experience in Orange County, we've encountered just about every challenge imaginable. Early in our career, working in Maine where old infrastructure and difficult site conditions were standard, we learned to think on our feet and develop creative solutions. That foundation gives us an edge on any project, whether it's a straightforward build or a job requiring advanced problem-solving. This experience has taught us not just how to build, but how to work efficiently under pressure and keep projects on schedule.

Are you ready to bring your project to life with a framing crew that you can count on? Whether you are in the market for renovating or adding to an existing space, we deliver solid, reliable craftsmanship that sets the foundation for everything to come. No surprises, no shortcuts—just honest work, done right and on schedule. Give us a call today to see how we have a loyal base of returning clients.
