Orange County Renovation Group is an expanding company on track to becoming a full-service renovation company. When it comes to renovation, finding an experienced contractor to meet your needs is critical. Our owner Farid has 21 years of experience and holds a degree in Applied Science which sets him apart from many other contractors.
Our mission is to provide workmanship that is built on performance, integrity, and transparency. We believe in thorough communication and careful listening to make sure our clients are satisfied and assured. OCRG cares about the outcome and quality of services and adheres to legal building protocols whilst being fully insured.

Your Questions Answered
How do you charge?
Estimates that are given upon evaluation of the project will be within $500 accuracy. Clients are responsible for material costs upfront or after completion which can be picked up and personally delivered by the contractor at no extra cost. We offer competitive quotes.
Do you offer warranty?
Most of the material like composite trex have their own warranty included at purchase. We also personally provide a 1 year warranty for replacing any material deemed to be defective or faulty.
Training and certification?
Farid holds a degree in Applied science/construction technology. His degree course-load involved mathematics, estimating, blueprint analyzation, AutoCAD, Chief Architect skills, concrete/concrete forms, Commercial Building systems, and Applied Engineering principles and concepts.
How long will it take?
Duration depends on project size. Usually an average size deck takes two weeks. We do not rush projects and we take our time to guarantee customer satisfaction while ensuring longevity of projects.
What is your specialty?
Farid specializes in woodworking. Farid is highly sought after in Orange County for his building skills and techniques by clients like real estate property managers to home owners. He holds extensive scientific knowledge in regards to anything framing/carpentry related.
